Exo terra waterfall and fogger

Hi guys! Yesterday I built a vivarium for my amazon milk frog. The humidity is at 80% easily and the temperature 23ºC (I think I must buy a heat wave in a few days).
But I had a problem with the functioning of the waterfall and the fogger. I fill the waterfall with water but it run slowly and poorly amount. So, I increased the speed of the pump, and it seemed that run more. However, when I turn on the fogger, the amount of the waterfall went down and finally stopped! If I disconnected the waterfall and connected, it went back to work strong.
And with the fogger, first works great and after that, flicked, and stopped.

Sorry for my english...im spanish and its difficult to describe this problem.. XD
Any solution?
