Ok well this is just something I´d like to run by people
I am used to keeping toads, specially Cane toads and I noticed that it was quite easy to tell the male from the female by their back ends.
So I had a look through the photos here of people asking if they had male or females.
Going by your comments for each photo, I think the same applies to African Bullfrogs, maybe even Pacman frogs (which I looked through also).
Can you all see if you think it is true also? Males definitely have bony/some skinnier bottoms, they are not so full. Seems an easier way than looking at
head size.

to see how it goes. Guess this would be easier if we had a bunch available to compare at same time.
