Can someone tell me what is up with Olive's neck! Should I be worried or is it just because he/she is fat?

This is the side view, she's next to Shrek. She looks like she's storing food for the spring! LOL!

It looks like Olive may be a he?
Have you ever heard Olive croak? My adult male's neck will look very much like this after he has been croaking all night long!
(And you would know if Olive croaked, it would be loud!)
Otherwise I would have no idea what it is....
She/He doesn't look fat to me.

I've always thought she might be a he. I've heard croaking for about 20 seconds not enough time to see who is croaking. I've been trying to look at her front "thumbs" to see if there is a dark spot, but she is very good at hiding them from me.
She is definitely the bully of the bunch and has to watch what everyone is doing and get into their personal space.

Not so easy for our bearded dragon Dexter that we just found out is a girl!
