Tadpoles Inactive

I will answer this in a checklist I guess.
I believe they are green frog tadpoles and I got then from a pond not too far from my house.
The thank is ten gallons and I plan to move them to a 20 gallon tank once they are froglets. The tank and the tadpoles have only been set up for about two and a half days now.
The temperature of the water is about room temperature.
I am just using an aquarium filter and I have no idea what the levels of the water are.
I just changed all of the water yesterday and I use dechlorination drops.

many species of tadpoles can be very inactive from my experience they will sit at the bottom or under vegetation all day. Also what are you feeding them? I have even seen American bullfrog tadpoles play dead when they felt threatened. Tadpoles have many predators in the wild. with this said they have instincts to become less noticed by fish turtles and of course there own parents.
