Help...white foamy bubbles......

I'm not 100% sure that is the cause, but try adding some water and see if the bubbles become less. if they do, you have your answer. it's kind of the same principle of a fish tank with a filter hanging on the back. when the water goes low, bubbles are created from the churning action. top the water off and the bubbles go away.

If I put any more water into the tank, they are going to loose their beach area. I dont have any thing in the water area, i put some bulbs in there for plants but they are just now starting to grow. Will it affect them if i put more water? I know they like to stay in the deep area of the tank, there is just enough water where they stretch out and their nose just is out of the water. Sorry I have so many questions.

sorry i took so long to reply, but i needed to be in front of a computer to view the pics. too small to see on my phone. the bubbles are coming from your "waterfall". i would suggest putting a big rock where the water falls out of the filter. a rock big enough to be above the water line. it will allow the water to fall gently into the water portion of the tank, thus eliminating the bubbles

just as a side note, i would cover the back and sides of the tank. it will help the frogs feel more safe and secure. you don't need to do anything fancy, some construction paper would do the trick. oh, and a few more plants definitely wouldn't hurt

Thanks, I will try getting a rock and see if that helps!! I will also cover the tank. I have noticed when i first got the two frogs they were no where near each other and now since i caught them mating they have been by each others side majority of the time. I do have a few live plants in the water area, but they havent grown yet. I put them in like 5 days ago or so.Once they grow there will be more plants. How often should I clean out the water? I read once a week, but I just want to make sure. Is this just the water or everything?

you should change at least 50% of the water weekly. if you put bulbs in there, they could take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to 6 months to grow. that is IF they are viable. if they are the bulb pack from pet smart or Petco, you may get one or two to sprout. most likely, it will be an apogeton plant or an onion plant. (not like the one you eat)
