Here are my big 2 month olds! The second froggy is 4" now! Wanted to give everyone a quick update and maybe let you sex them, I know they are young but huge.
They are getting moved from their 29gallon to a 55gal this week!

They look good! If I had to guess I'd say 2 males and a female.
Thanks grif, I was thinking the same. Is this a normal growth rate for boys? I've never had a boy before.
The 3rd pic i'm assuming girl, has a nodule on her nose looks like a pimple but is hard and a part of her. I'm not sure if that is something to worry about? I'll try and get you some shots of it.
The boys growth rate is crazy. So yes, completely normal![]()
You should go buy lottery tickets, you have three boyz.
Here is the frog with the nose growth. I hope it's not serious as I can't afford very bills right this minute.
Also dear God three boys? I need a bigger roach colony now lol

That growth is no good, did it just come out of nowhere? Looks like a tumorif it turns out to be a male give it away to someone who is willing to pay and have it removed, why not of you end up with a few boys.
Well s/he didn't have it as a baby.It surfaced as he got fairly big but has been growing with him. It's been there a few weeks.
I wouldn't even know who to give it to, I don't know and frog owners personally I'm Indiana.
He is very active and eats like a monster, even tong feeds well with worms. I hope it's benign.
Hopefully it's just an unusual growth, sucks it showed up and wasent always there (not a good sign) let us know how he makes out, and hope for the best.
So since Cyris hasnt been back yet but since ive talked to him, turns out its a very treatable localized infection wootwoot no cancerous tumor!
was this caused by nose rub or something? It's in an very unusual spot, heh.
I'm sorry guys I haven't been online to give you all updates.
The bump has decreased more than 50% already after starting his antibiotics.
The procedure she did was made a skin print on one slide, then took a syringe and puncture the pump to get a liquid sample. Then she looked at both under the microscope. She has put him on a very low dosage of Baytril 22MG in 4cc water, his dose is .5cc per day.
The liquid contained some blood and puss plus a bacteria. She said it was mostly likely due to impacting the nose during feeding or when they bump the glass. I do have my tanks blacked out so who knows.
Anyways here is a look at my other guys in their big tank eating together.

Great news Crysis!
See nothing to worry about!!
Thanks Grif(s)!
Do you see a problem with having 5 in a 55 gallon tank? Haven't noticed any aggression "yet", they never try and dominate each other for food but almost take turns it's odd. They have all grown up being with another frog and I'm not sure if they know each other or how frog companionship works or if it exists. I know I read dwarfs are quite sociable so I assumed it may apply to the giants. Only thing that worries me is the 2 month old males are as big as my adult female and don't know if that can cause a problem later on when they surpass her size by quite a bit. They are always well fed and seem to all lounge around always together especially when wading in the water they always seem to have to be right next to each other.
Also, when should males start to make some noise? I'm so excited to hear them sing!
