Thank you very much! and it's funny you say that I just reduced the size of the pond today, I'm concerned about root rot.

How much of the tank is pond percentage wise? It's not so much the drowning factor because darts are better swimmers then they're given credit for. It's more about having enough area to move around and forage for food.

I think it is about 40% pond. That's good to know, when I do setup a dart viv I will make sure to have plenty of land space. As for this tank, I never thought it had the potential for darts.

Sure. Darts love lots of plants, a place to climb depending on which dart, and lots of leaf litter for foraging and hiding.
