I think the floor space is too small for a pacman frog they need a 10 gal long tank. You can probably put something that would use the space better like a small tree frog.

The dimensions are just fine for an adult male or a small female. These frogs fo not need a lot of floor space. They will only use 1 or 2 areas to burrow in. They normally pick a favorite spot and stay there for days only moving after a bowel movement, to thermoregulate, or soak. I keep adult males in 12"x12"x18" terrariums and even a C. joazeirensis female in a tank of this size. They do just fine. Now for large females you want more floor space such as a 18"x18"x18" or a 10 gal long even a 20 gal long. To me a large female is 5" an up. Babies should always be kept in small enclosures until mature enough for a move to a larger enclosure.
THANKS GrifftheGreat im glad to hear the support this tank will be used for a male im thinking and untill there big enough they will be in smaller enclosures i know the tank could have been bigger but this project was sparked at work, i was playing around in the carpenters shop building frames from scrap wood in the corner when i made the bottom cover part was thinking what it could be used for and starter putting some drawing/ideas together so i used the dimentions that i already had which was 3 squares of 15"x15" with the inside measuring 12"x12"
once i drew up the sketch for the popcorn box i drew 3 differant tanks one of my 20 gallons split with a water feature in either end and a tree frog terrarium Lamp and a half barrel tank with a curved acrylic lid
once you get the mind going its hard to stop so i wasted like 10 pages of paper on tank ideas
