my Pacman popcorn box

Hello everyone just though i would post some picture of the progress ive made i though of the idea a month or more ago when i decided i wanted to get a Pacman frog

the original idea was for it to have wither dual doors or a panel held inplace as a door dont know what its called but since its my first build i figured id make a basic tank
my first time around i used acrylic for this build it was alot more exspencive than i though next time ill used glass

here is the basic plan of the tank

and this is where i am so far
(dont mind the stove its in a spare bedroom)

i know the black silicone looks bad but you wont notice it once the tank is complete

im still thinking of differant things i could do im building a water dish for the corner out of styrofoam thinking i might drill the bottom of the tank
and draining the water dish that way and using the mister head above the water dish to fill it and keep the humitiy up

the tank is
12 inch Length
12 inch width
15 inch high

it is just under 10 gal

ive drawn up the basic idea i have for a water dish and ive got most of it carved out at work just have to get the tubing and figure out what kind of grate or screen for the bottom of the pond im thinking somingthing plastic with holes in it like a kiddie pool would have anyways i digress

what do you think of my plan?

I like the build

As far as floor space I agree they need bigger than 12x12.

I use and like the twelves but water pools and deepens in the bottom of the substrate more quickly. Equals changing more often.

How are you getting water pools beneath your substrate DeeDub?? That should not happen unless you are soaking the substrate often. I have fog machines that kick on and off throughout the day and never have pooling water. I even have to mist occationally for extra moisture.
