@Terry: Thanks. That´s what I´ve read. My youngest female is about 10 months old, the other two are at least 18 months old (got them 2.5 months ago as adults; they were used for egg collection in a lab before, so it´s quite likely that they might be older than this). The male always made me wonder: I´ve bought him last july and he was really tiny back then (an inch maximum). He developed his nuptial pats only two months later; at this point he also started calling. He immediatly amplexed the first female I introduced about 3 weeks later. I just can´t imagine that he was "old enough" already, but still he is sexually active since then. The females make clicking sounds each time he tries to mate though, so I don´t expect them to spawn anytime soon
