Question Need Help. Grey Tree Frog acting weird.

My Grey Tree Frog has been acting very strange for the last 5 days. He still eats, temp is around 75 so is humidty. But he has been hiding lately. He will find a tight place in his tank and wedge himself in it and not move what so ever. Its not like him. He is usually all over the tank and can't keep him still. Could it be ecause its al ost spring here or is it because he is getting older. He is 7 months now and most adult tree frogs are lazy. Any ideas on whats wrong with him?
