Hello. Ive heard that certain states have rules about owning and selling Pacific Tree frogs because they are native in their state. But I can't find any information on Oregon regarding it and want to make sure everything is ok. Has anyone else had success finding this information?
Looks ok to keep them, but you might want to contact someone from the Department of Fish and Wildlife to be sure.

Section 635-044-0020 of the above points to the relevant sections of animals you can't hold captive. It's mostly game animals and ones that are on the 'protected' list. Section 635-044-0132 seems to say any wildlife not specifically excluded is ok to collect and keep. It didn't look like they regulated selling anything other than game animals and protected species, but again you might want to contact your local authorities.
Thank you! I'm not looking to sell, just to take care of.![]()
