Hey , I have a problem with my pacman frog

Unfortunately the heating pad didnt come.I got only the new terrarium (30cmx30cmx30cm) due to some problems.I am getting it tomorrow.About the hiding place I only have a small pot which I was using for my aquarium but it has some glue in it , so I think it may harm the frog's skin .
But when they had him in the pet store , he was in a little box with some moss and he was eating like crazy.I am not sure if I understood how to place the heating pad cuz I dont know what UTH means (sorry for my english). I have covered the 2 walls (one with a backround , and the other one is touching the aquarium , so it looks like a backround and about the third I will try to find the foam backround)



I am dusting his crickets in a reptivite they gave me at the pet store(the cricket he ate in front of me was not dusted).
And when I put water to his bowl after a half an hours it evaporates so I am going to refill the bowl every time.Is that right?

what do you mean the water evaporates in half an hour?

so far it is looking good, substrate is too wet though, can you add some dry fiber to dry the thing out a little?

do you have any wood sticks anywhere, rocks or anything wood or plant looking. there gotta be something just wash it well with hot water. just put it it, he'll feel more secure with stuff around. the pot - yeah depending what kind of glue, may be not a good idea.

sorry, UTH means under tank heater or heating pad, we use UTH because we're lazy to print the whole thing down

if one side is touching fish tank, then you just need to place heating pad on a third one and you're good.

I mean I fill the water bowl and in 30' its gone!
About the substrate recommend one please Pet Supermarket (I use plantation soil)(And I have the forest moss too , but I removed it)
And from decorations the only ones I have are some fake plants from the aquarium(VERY sharp)and one cave (very sharp too)

I know there is not a big variety but these are the only ones I can have
(And when u mean to place the heating pad , u mean under the terrarium , cuz there is some space ,or to tape it on the third wall?)

honestly i haven't seen any sharp fish tank things are you sure?
for stuff, it is personal preference, so I'll tell you what i would get for a empty tank, doesn't mean you have to do exactly that

But I am afraid that the crickets will hide and he will never find them
( I have him now in his cage for 2,5 hours with 2 halfdead crickets and one big,very healthy and he hasnt eat any of them :/)
Any other substrate?
And about your aquarium recomendation, thank you but I am full and fine with aquarium stuff,thats why I decided to satrt a new pet

you need prime to treat your water for your frog and supplements to dust his food.

PS. i use prime and it is the only water treament i trust for my frogs
