I have my leos and a ball python in a bin set up and they are heated by flexwatt heat tape on a lamp dimmer (acts as a tstat). I've heard of ball pythons being kept warm with a human heating pad (the ones with out the auto shut off function).

hahaha, yeah, i was looking at those yesterday too, but didn't get, i was thinking for small snakes and it didn't feel safe to keep them in these, but for whoever is big enough not to escape these should work. check walmart, they have a bit different ones, more expensive, but more stable, they called modular sterillite tubs ( i think). and you can arrange any way you want.

Snakes WOULD escape, there is a gap where the drawer meets the plastic framing. I think these are perfect for pacs.
