I had mine spawn last year. I set up.a 10 gallon because the adults will eat the tadpoles. I kept it at room temperature. Raising them takes a lot of work/money. I never want to go through that again. Good luck!

They will continue to spawn.....I ended up with over 200 tadpoles. If you can cultivate your own fruit flies that would save you money because they eat a lot.

They hatch in about a week. Yes I used a filter.

    i replied to your PM
i would follow my advice and the other people here who breed them
also, add fake or live plants to the adult tank to increase egg yeild
a good female should lay 100 eggs the first spawning, the low number may be from not enough plant material
overcrowding isnt bad for tads (makes cleaning easier) as long as they r well fed and kept clean (i siphon up poop 3 times a day) but toadlets will bully each other out of food so dont overcrowd toadlets
also toadlets r very dehydration prone
dont separate from tadpoles until the tail is completely absorbed (they will still eat while developing front legs) and after moving to moist moss or paper towels, dont give them standing water for a while because they go into an easily drowned phase for a while
im gonna update my breeding section of my care guide
