This thing seems to grow overnight. I have never seen a critter pack on pounds like this. I have read that they can get nasty around feeding time so I of course do not muck about with it whilst feeding but I can say that when not feeding he has never lunged or offered to bite. He seems skittish at times.

I have never had the problem with my Jabba being skittish, but I do understand growing overnight, I got him when he was already a little smaller than my palm and in a year and a half he has at least doubled if not more. I don't think my Jabba would ever bite me, even at feeding time he stays far from my hand, though I am not sticking it far into his tank.
