New Pacman frog owner :)

Howdy! I am a new pacman frog owner as of today! I have a love for frogs in general and have wanted a albino pacman frog for a few months now, and so after doing much research I got one! I came across this forum when I was doing research on caring for them, and all of the advice I have read on here has been super helpful! So, now that I am a owner I figured I would join and become a member! So far the only thing I am seeing that I may have an issue with is the day temperature. It has been 75 night and day, and I know it needs to be 80 or closer so I got a 50 watt blue night light to have on over his log so it isn't in his eyes to help out. I'll post a few pics of my Gunther and his cage. Nice to meet you all and any and all advice is welcome!

Cute PAC! I love albinos . Did the 50 watt help increase your daytime temp?

Thanks for the welcoming! It did help increase it. The tank is now about 80 (it was 75). Gunther discovered the Water bowl today by jumping off my hand and into the bowl. He must like it though since he is hanging out in it for a bit. I am about to attempt to feed him, so it should be fun getting him into his eating container
Is the thread called "specific questions" in the pacman part? I haven't found it yet :/

try to feed in his home, he will get less stressed this way.
pacman forum - go to the main forum menu and then scroll below, you will see dart frogs and then one below, pacmans.

what about impaction though? I read most feed in a critter tote to avoid compaction. And I had found the pacman section. Just not the 'specific questions' thread.
