Nope not to small, although more space would be appreciated, i just moved my 2 into a 20 gal and they are 10x more active.
They LOVE the water, my setup is basically completely aquatic with a little island I drop the crickets onto
I catch the occasionally basking on the edge of the island but other than that they hang out in the water.
They do not require special lighting but full spectrum lighting brings out their colors. I currently have a 60watt full spectrum day bulb over mine

Here's a care sheet for you to look over if you haven't already.
Crickets and small dubia roach nymphs make great staples. I'm guessing dew worms are a type of earthworm? If so they are also really good, keep the wax worms as rare treats, once a week maybe once every other week. They are basically like froggy junk food. Also avoid meal worms they have hard shells that can cause impaction
