Whites frogs terrarium setup

Hi guys as some of you may know from my previous forum I have has trouble with keeping my whites, all three of which died. I haven't yet bought anymore yet and want to ensure the setup I correct.

so far I have put in only artificial plants, ready to use exo terra substrate and single heat mat for one half of the tank. I have also put in one heat lamp and a uv, both suitable for frogs.

The temperature at the minute is around 24 degrees, with 66% humidity which has been set up for about 5 days. I plan on using treated bottle water for both misting when needed and for their water bowl. Does anyone have any information to help me keep these next frogs alive!
