Well despite a recent sad mishap (they really are escape artists!) here's my Check out my FBTs!
I bought three after getting an awesome deal on a 40 Gal turtle tank and set up, decided well it's a while before I get turtles so... why not get some of those awesome FBT frogs? I've since rehabbed them into a 10 Gal that they will probably live in for the rest of the year, added two new ones before rehab, and sadly lost one due to adventurism and forgetting to tape up one of those slots of wires in the tank hood. :/
I currently have four seemingly happy FBTs and plan on really working out the tank over the next few weeks.
Here's the little guys so far...
And a Bonus: The girlfriend's new tank. Two yellow tail guppies, a few ADfrogs, and some snails.
I've got some plans for the FBT tank, thinking I'll just end up with a Tetra Repto filter with the small rock feature to disguise it, just want to paint it to match gravel. working out a moss that can be a nice area for them to chill and eat on over the gravel, but thinking I'll just do moss around some flat rocks to feed on to be extra safe. Any ideas with the painting? I'm currently researching my options.
I was doing some research and apparently guppies are decent to add to the usual cricket diet? Wouldn't mind leaving some type of fish they can sometimes snack on because I'm usually away for work for quite a while.
I've read ghost shrimp (smaller ones) can co exist and even be useful for clean-up, any truth to that? Small possibility an FBT could eat one, but not too bothered by toxins if there's a decent filter?
Any other ideas or suggestion would be awesome!
I had white clouds in with mine and they never bothered them, though I guess if they are hungry enough they may.

Ghost shrimp work well I haven them in my fbt tank. I would put eco earth or larger river rocks over the land portion of your tank. Accidentally ingesting a piece of gravel could be the end for one of your toads. I also use the repto filter and have no complaints. Guppies from a clean source make a good treat. Cut up nightcrawlers also make a good addition to their diet if you can get them tong trained.
