OK; the publication was entered into the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature database ZooBank: ZooBank.org. Things have changes a bit last couple decades and the digital age, so I'm catching up. Have not found a source for pub; but from what I read at ICZN site; unless and until someone challenges the proposed nomenclature change and a decision is made on that challenge, it's good. If this presumption is incorrect please let me know and provide source.
So right now, P. angusticeps is the correct name for the previous Mozambique P. edulis type. Also, the article designates P. edulis as the genus lectotype (a specimen later selected to serve as the single type specimen for species originally described from a set of syntypes).

And wat about this pyxicephalus specy P. Flagrigula. I fond these pics but i never heard of this specy.
