I have had my 5 fire bellies for about 3 months. They are in a 40 gallon tank (this 40 gallon is about 18 inches tall, about 30 inches long, and about 12 inches wide) , it has about 4.5 inches of spring water. I am using medium sized aquarium rocks that I have built up for land on one side. they have a waterfall filter, and on top of that i am using coconut fiber and terrarium moss. They have many live plants, no fake ones. Because they do not require any special lighting, I am using a grow light for the plants, this is on top of the tank. There tank usually stays at about 65 degrees and 50% humidity. They are being measured by guages I bought from petco. I feed them mostly crickets. Lately, I have been feeding them meal worms instead of crickets every other day. When I feed them crickets, I also dust them with calcuim with D3.
I noticed when I got one of my fire bellies the black bumps on him, were not black, instead the tips of them were light green (like the rest of him). I have noticed this getting worse. I am not sure if it is because he may be older than the rest. His bumps also seem to be a little bit larger than the other frogs'. Is this something I should be worried about?
Here are some pictures.
I appreciate any help!!![]()
