Anti-bacterial medication until you see the vet, tomorrow? Stay away from betadine- but non-pain reliever neosporin or bactine are good options.
Keep the frog in a *super* *duper* clean hospital tank, moist paper towel substrate, hide/climbing structure, water bowl - must be environmentally maintained (warm and humid).
As far the spots and color, they actually look okay to me. The spots on the head look like my white's 'freckles.' Curious as to when you purchased your frog?
The finger came off a day after the vet, she said that it would and if the infection looks like its gonna spread, she'd have to amputate it down to the lower knuckle.
She is not feeling good right now, she has a bacterial spread going on. I dont think she was getting enough of the meds she gave me. I was afraid to force her mouth open so i put the drops on the backs of the crickets. Wasnt working so well. so now, I have a new batch of meds and I have learned to get her mouth open and drop it right in. So, now I Know she is getting the proper amount. I just hope I'm not too late in the process.
She has black spots on her tummy, its spreading from her laying on her one foot and the papertowels drying up while i'm away at work during the day. I took the papertowels out and am sticking to a small amount of fresh clean water twice a day. Last night she didnt eat anything. I gave her the meds first. Next time I'll give her a cricket or two then give her the meds.

I really hope I am not too late and I can save her!
I bought her at a Reptile show, I feel even worse cause my daughter bought her for me for my Bday. I've had her since Jan 6.
