calcium and vitamin question

When its time for the calcium and vitamin do you dust all you feed them that day or just a couple of pieces in that feeding? I have only been dusting a few pieces per feeding because they are well coated and it seems like alot for the little frog. I know you give the calcium every other day and the vitamin once a week just want to know how much of it you give per feeding.
