I would suggest dubia. Get a nice colony started and feed them like you would feed your children

I agree almost any type of roach will work. The easiest to find is dubia. lobster roaches also are easy to culture and they reproduce very fast. Hissers are very large and would work great when your frog becomes an adult good thing about these is they come in all sizes. Dubia are the cheapest and super easy to culture. earthworms are great and if i had the means to culture them i would. however they take a very long time to culture and can be very difficult from what i have read. But if you find a way to culture them successfully i would love some tips.

Could you feed them maggots ( i wouldn't just incase they turned into flies and that would piss me off. Just wondering thats all
