    To breed them they must go through aestivation/brumation. It is a huge oart of their life cycle. They spend the majority of their life burrowed deep into the earth in a coccoon of shed skin called an epithelial sac. This helps them maintain water and the slow their metabalism way down and live off the stored water and fat during this period of dormancy.

    Yh I heard that and then they have to go into the rainy season once fed
