Red face Isopods vs Springtails?!?!? Help a newbie out

Hey guys, I just finished up my first viv build and I'm looking to seed it with some lil cleaner uppers. So Everyone has been suggesting these two but no one has mentioned actual species. So should I do isos and spings? Just one? Mixed springs colony? White isos vs purple vs tropical?? Suggestions? Since I'm a beginner, I'm looking for easy and effective for my RETF vivarium. Thanks for any help in advance!

    Mix'em up!
They can all coexist just fine, it will probably end up depending on what is available. I use both temperate white and tropical pink springtails as well as dwarf white isopods. I use them because they were available. Any combination will work just fine. Check out places that sell dart frog stuff like NE Herp, Black Jungle or Josh's Frogs. They all carry some!

    Cheers,
    Alex
