Its a really good setup and alot of people use it. The trick is getting a good filter

Here is my tank. I have swapped out the heater for a new one and also moved over my canister filter to the tank.
Mute the sound my phone was messing up bad when recording.
Also the tank is now blacked out on both sides and back.
]Hope the little one is OK. I like the setup. Put some fake plants along the rocky shallows. It'll mimic their natural environment and fulfill their desire to hide. Maybe put some cork halves up on the substrate too. They are awesome man. I miss my little guys! Lol. In six months this is what you'll have.

Thank you setups were very nice![]()
Thanks Dee, I added some live aquatic plants which they seem to love so they can float out deeper. As for the twitch it is gone and seems to be a very healthy froggy now catching up size wise with the others.
This is my take on a South African water hole/wet land I created for my pair. 40Gal Breeder is my enclosure of choice. The plants were purchased at Michaels “The Craft shop” and are fake of course, if I put real plants in there they mess them up. A large enough corner water dish that they both currentlyfit in(X-larger dish). Little bit of moss around the dish to catch some of the spillage from them entering and exiting. I keep a Tetra Aquatic Reptile Heaterin the water, plus a 75watt light heater above the side facing in word which they do like to bask in(as funny as it sounds). My future plan is to make it half water, half earth but this is working great and they seem to be thriving.![]()
I breed Crested geckos and due to cost and upkeep i keep them in sterilite bins to make things easier. So i dont really have any display enclosures for visitors that come over, so this is my slow evolving attempt to create something to mimic natural habitat and something to look at. This is as far as ive gotten and i plan to keep adding to it for now till a way more custom build here in the near future.
Well it's really pretty
Will get some other pics of my bullfrog another day
does anyone have any name suggestions?

sorry for bad pick quality
Here is the set up of my female GABF (Graboune) :
- Exo Terra 24 x 18 x 18 po (L. x l. x H.)
- Substrate : 10cm to 15cm coco fiber
- Heating lamp basking spot 50W
- Heating cable 75W on the background face + right face (When you look at the picture)
Both lamp + heating cable help to maintain 78,8°F (Cold spot) to 89,6°F (Hot spot) during the day.
The cable helps at night to go not under 68°F.
- Water bowl
- Fake plants
- Wood barks
