A question about administering the Panacur, if I may?

Do you simply dust the feeders with it or is there another method recommended? Also, how often? (I ask because I have several places where one can buy Panacur without visiting a vet and it's generally much cheaper, but I don't want to unknowingly under/over dose my frogs.)
