Ok. He is stunted, but that doesn't mean you cannot enjoy him. Just keep feeding him well and providing supplements. He will just be a fun sized Pacman. Just follow what I suggested and he should be fine. If he is 2" you can give him a 1.5" chunk of earthworm. Make sure it isn't to thick for him though.
