    I'm pretty sure that the Leopard Morph isn't actually a differnt morph. Its just a variation in pattern that some of the frogs get. I've seen it a lot on baby Cranwelli and it usually disappears once they mature. Although if it stayed all the way to adulthood holding the Leopard spots it would be a stunning adult. This may be why it hasn't been released yet.
