Hello everyone I'm new here and looking forward to learning more and eventually helping others. I have had a history of owning Iguanas, Anoles (every kid will sooner or later), Salamanders, running a whole bunch of salt water and reef tanks. I have had great success with each of these wonderful species. I'm at the point now of getting into the frog world. According to others that I've talked to, this will be the most fun as well as challenging. I have a 65 gallon tank (36l x 24h x 18w)that ill be using for this setup. From what I have gathered so far is that I'm not limited as much as a small tank. My biggest concerns at the moment are what type of species I can have and which ones will get along well. I have read multiple articles on this subject. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

As far as what type of frogs you want, you are going to want to pic a single species and stick with that, mixing is not recommended. What type of set up are you looking to make is going to play a big role in what type of frog you want. Do you want terrestrial, semi aquatic, fully aquatic or arboreal?

The tank will have several plants as well as a running waterfall with a about a 1 to 2 gallon basin. I was leaning more toward the terrestrial if possible.
