So I'm thinking that if it that makes a good nutritional diet for my ACF then it should be a good diet to feed my feeder roaches?

I have used some pond pellets that are goldfish and they seem to love them. Sounds like you are having fun with them seeing what they really like. Seeing them swarm a food has to give good indications of their preferred diet. Mine won't swarm anything when I watch but the colony is still small and new.
