So I know this doesn't answer your question at all but I wouldn't use a heat mat for a frog at all, regardless of the temperature. Frogs will burrow down to the heated spot and actually dehydrate and die. I just think it's too much of a risk. I would use instead a low wattage heat or incandescent bulb
