Hey guys I'm going 2 get my pixie this weekend and I am told and have read its ok 2 have more then 1 as long as tank is big enough and the frogs r about same size...I'm not taken chances till I touch base here thank u 4 input.
yes it is ok to have a several that are similar size in a bigger tank, otherwise smaller one can become a meal. pics after you get them would be much appreciated
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
The only thing you need to worry about is during feeding time they may get into a frenzy and hurt each other's limbs. You can either keep them very well fed so they do not go crazy or feed them in a separate container.
Thank You way much 4 the input...I will post pics of the new addition this weekend
I have three together right now that are 2 months old or less. They do/can make it harder on others to get enough food. I know the biggest one is the alpha and has jumped at the other frogs no biting but warnings. Just make sure you keep a close eye on them. However my adults are always docile to each other but I tong feed them most of the time but do let them hunt to get exercise.
