how to tell the difference between ornate and cranwelli

So i went to buy the ornate tonight and it turned out it was a cranwelli. I told the lady working there that i really wanted it but was going to overpay for a cranwelli and she admitted that yea ornates are more vivid in coloring and spots but wasn't coming down on price so i told her i was going to go up the road to petsmart. I get to petsmart and they had sold the only pacman and i was so upset. Then i remembered another petstore up the road. Went in and they had a brown cranwelli and a green cranwelli they were selling as an ornate and i got so upset untill i spotted a little albino in a cage on the end. It was love at first site. So i bought him and brought him home he has eatin 3 crickets already and I'm so happy i passed up the other
