tree frog or dart frog help!

Ive just brought home my pacman which my gf was totaly against but now shes seen my pac she wants a frog aswell but not a pacman cos she thinks its borin obviously she's completely wrong! My gf wants something thats abit more active, she likes the dart frogs and the tree frogs which should I surprise her with for valentines day? pls help

Hmmm... that's a tough decision.

For a beginner, I'd honestly go with a tree frog,

Maybe a White's Tree frog, Grey Tree frog, or, if she want's an aquatic frog that can go in a small tank, a Firebelly Toad?

Though, if I were in her position, I'd be getting a Pacman.

Tree frogs sleep all day so if she wants something that is active during the day darts or fire belly toads are probably the way to go. I've never kept darts but I imagine the fbts being a lot easier and cheaper to care for. And while fbts are much more active than frogs like pacman frogs they spend a good amount of time just chillin in the water.

I'll probably end up naming one that sooner or later =p

It all started with Morbo, b/c after a big meal his body would be the same shape as Morbo's head. And he always has this "I will destroy you!" look on his face lol
