Default how many worms for one feeding?

    Hey everyone,

Buddha is a fat happy frog but I've noticed he has kind of leaned out. Could it be he is no longer puffing himself up when I go to feed him? I have been feeding him 2 3 inch worms cut into smaller bits per day. Is this alright for a little cranwelli? I dust two bits every other day with calcium and once a week I dust one with a multi vitamin powder.

I know I've been posting a lot but after havig to take little Junior back to petsmart for an kidney infection I am slightly paranoid.

Thanks and have a good day

The usual recommendation is to feed them as much as they will eat. Some will eat more than others and all will usually vary in how much they will eat for any given day.

in 15 min every day while they're little. that will be probably 1-2 worms or cut pieces equivalent. mine younger one ( 3.5') would eat 3 big nightcrawlers every 2 days now.

Lija, how much does your Ornata eat? Rhino will do two or three worms with one or two Dubia every other day or 5 worms and a couple dubia every three days. She eats a dubia a day regardless.

Ah Buddha bit me today for the first time today! It felt like a chip clip on my finger but a lot of pressure. Left a nice indent on my finger tip. I guess he didn't want me to clean his burrow spot. He ate three worms before refusing any more so I think that's what I'll feed him from now on I think Buddha is a girl maybe because he doesn't have any spots on his hands.
