One of my frogs jumped out my hand and fell 6ft to the ground should i worry about this? will she be okay?
Probably will be alright. Those front legs are designed to absorb the shock of landing. Smaller frogs usually fare better with huge drops like that, in my experience.

good thing she's an adult.
If its a treefrog, then there shouldn't be a problem.
Many times I have seen Gray Treefrogs (wild ones) drop 6ft or more onto cement and seem unfazed by it, and found them again days later doing fine. They hang out on the tops of door frames in barns, sheds, and greenhouses around here, and will sometimes take the leap if startled by an opening door.
