Default 20 Gallon Long FBT tank - What type of lighting?

What type of lighting do ya'll recommend for a heavily planted 20 gallon long fire belly toad tank? I'm assuming the normal 12 hour on/12 hour off type deal.

    Recommendations...

    What type of fixture?

What type of bulbs? High intensity, low intensity? Plant growing bulbs ok for both frogs and plants?

Anybody with experience using the "moon light" lights at night?

    Thanks!

i have several tanks with moon lighting. under water it creates a neat shimmering effect. the only downside is they aren't really all that bright.

I have to agree with the T5 but I have not went to high output yet. I will be working on a T5 for my frogs when I get them setup in the new setup whatever size it turns out to be.

One thing to make sure you get regardless of the bulbs T rating or type: 6500K, 88 CRI or higher bulbs. I have found both in a compact fluorescent if you decide to go that way.

Chris, the link i posted is the freshwater planted tank model. It comes with 6500k bulbs. All for $40. No need to buy replacement bulbs like you would with a different brand
