    Welcome to the forum .

    I agree with Grif...moss is helpful for humidity and looks neat, but the risks aren't worth it. Stick with coconut fiber. If accidentally eaten, it can pass through easier. It is all I use for all of my frogs and I've never had a problem. I do as Grif noted and put the Saran or foil on top. It works well. Then I mist twice a day.
