Many things can cause a frog to be stunted, but there is always a chance to spark a growth spurt in your frog. Possible causes of stunting will include; Poor genetics, improper climate conditions, improper nutrition(lack of proper supplementation included), and of course stress.
We can not know for sure that your frog will not reach full potential because some are just late bloomers so don't get all disappointed yet. Females normally only reach 5" to 6" SVL and may grow slowly until reaching this size.
Just follow the advice given and don't fret. Everything can still work out for you. Be patient.
