You definitely need to fix a few problems. You need at least 3" of coconut fiber substrate(not husk) and you can place it over top the terrarium carpet so that when the frog burrows down it isn't sitting directly on the glass. The water dish must be changed to one with much easier access and I know for a fact that with a setup like you have now the humidity is far below acceptable levels

Your frog should be fed cansiderably more food and should be offered food everyday to every other day for optimum growth and nutrition. Use Night Crawlers as a staple rather than crickets. They are far more nutritious and more easily digested. Don't stop offering crickets though because a varied diet is key to having a large healthy Pyxi. Your frog is both stressed and a little on the small size. I am actually surprised that it is still eating, but then again Pyxi Frogs have a large appetite and can be pretty adaptable.

Make the necessary changes and you should see a change in growth and appetite.
