I've seen a lot of people use carpet on youtube etc.. is it wet? and what are the benefits?

My dad said it is well first off easier to clean and second he says that the bowl is fine for his age now and it's Defeniently a adspersus and is it really too small? How I feed him a ton and how long will it take him to get bigger

Your frog looks like a dwarf to me. And I'm sorry but your dad is wrong. This frog doesn't look very happy. Get her some Eco earth substrate and stop using a dog bowl as a water dish. It is not fine for his age. Your frog needs something easier to get into, especially with how small it is. Also, have you been dusting prey items with vitamins and calcium at all? What are the temps in the tank? How much do you feed him/her and how often.
