honestly the reptifogger is hit and miss. i have one and it is not my first. granted zoomed is extremely easy to deal with for product issues, you kind of expect something you pay about $40 for to last more than a couple months. my first one didn't work at all. they sent me a replacement sonic agitator (makes the fog) and it was really easy to replace. it didn't solve the problem though, so they sent me a new one all together. ive had it since last june and sometimes it works just find other times it makes a horrific grinding noise that wakes me up at night. tap it on the sides a couple time and it goes quiet and starts functioning normally. also distilled water is highly recommended. overall i'm kind of impartial towards it. it is definitely not "fire and forget", but i would recommend dishing out the extra $60 for the higher end model.
