Hi!
Definitely don't add any lizards to the red eyes. Lizards are fast and will compete for food. They will also scare your red eyes, stressing them out, which may lead to opportunistic infections. It sounds so pretty, but not a good idea.
A general rule of thumb is 10 gallons per average sized frog. So, no more than 5 to 6 frogs would be recommended.
You can house albino red eyes with them, as you have mentioned. It will give you some variety of color. Michael Novy of Rainforest Junky's often has a retf species that is of a minty-green hue. This may also add color.
The safest way is to keep only same species together.
I did have a waterfall and pond in my first tank in which I had a male betta, in which never came in contact with my frog. I still provided a water bowl and she preferred that. That's an option. Avoid goldfish though, they are dirty fish. You would need a good filter and would have to let the water cycle well first before adding the frogs, to prevent any risk of disease to your frogs. The water can't be deep in case the frogs were to fall in and there should be live plants or large rocks to get out of the water if they were to fall, to prevent drowning.
