hey people why is my young cane toad stopped eating crickets, hoppers, roaches? i gave him a mealworm and he ate it! why is he so picky? is it normal or something is wrong? and also is there such thing as "Full" on frogs which means getting full of eating food?
Yes they can become full. Most will eat large quantities of insects and never seem to be full, but they usually stop once they are.
Some frogs and toads can be picky eaters and shy away from trying new foods. Some frogs and toads don't like roaches if the roach in question has spiny legs. This can turn them off of eating roaches. You will need to find something the toad will like aside from just mealworms.
