Need help finding a companion for my White's

I have one White's tree frog, most likely a girl, and she is about 6-7 months old at my best estimation. She's about an inch in length and chubby.
I want to get her a friend, because I am also upgrading her terrarium. She has lived with other frogs before and does fine.

I have three options for a new companion for her:

1. A larger white's tree frog (about 2 inches long) from Petsmart
2. A smaller white's tree frog (about 3/4 of my frog's size) from Petco
3. A red-eye tree frog (I don't even know if the two species can live together but I think they are so cool). The ones I've seen are between 1 and 2 inches long.

So, which would be best and are there any precautions I should take? I would love more than one opinion on this.

usually frogs do not require a companion, but its your choice. By the looks of the options you have, i would wait a bit for your frog to grow, if you get one that is smaller, he will be eaten! if you get the larger one, your frog will be eaten. i would wait a while for your frog to get larger. If you do find one the same size, Great!

It's best to not mix species, so if you do get another one make it a whites.

A 30 or 60 day quarantine period before putting your new frog in with your current one is a good idea to help ensure that your new addition is healthy. You're planning to upgrade your tank, so you should have a spare for this purpose.

You can also keep them separated until their sizes are closer enough to house them together if you can't find one close enough to your current frog. But you can also wait until you can find one closer in size, your frog can live on it's own for the rest of it's life without any issues.
