How much and how often should whites tree frogs eat?

I have 3 and I can't stand to see their sad little faces when they don't get food so they each get about 4 or 5 small-medium crickets a night. I say about because I leave them all together to eat and some nights one might get more than the other. Every other night the crickets get dusted with calcium and one night a week with vitamins.

I feed my little guy about 4-5 crickets a night. I feel like I am starving him if I don't. Although, I was wondering if its bad that I only hand feed him? I get all excited to hand feed him. Is this bad? There are two small/medium crickets still in there that I see running around when I wake up to change my lighting
