Well, I finally figured out what I have and found a manual online. Now to figure out who I know that can hook this badboy up and replace the plug.

Dee,
After looking at the online manual of that unit I have determined that you have a
bit of a job on your hands.
The plug that you have in your hand is a proprietary plug and more than likely the
socket it fits into is also damaged and both will need to be replaced.
That plug looks like it comes from the heating element in the distiller.
Now if it was the one that pugs into the wall outlet then it would be a easy fix.
But I do not know how any conductors that are in that plug and how much current
is being carried by that plug.
Judging by the size of the cable it can't be more than 10 amps.
can you take a picture of the socket it is supposed to be plugged into?
I've connected with a plumber friend and told him that I have $200 for the person that can get this running and I've encouraged him to come check it out and see if it's worth it. If not, I'll recycle this and spend the $200 on the countertop distiller I was budgeting for in the first place.
You could try to find a local dealer for parts or repair but they probably wouldn't be the cheapest option. But you're pretty fair ahead at this point already
Parts might be available online too, this is a Dolfyn? There are probably other sources, but here's Replacement Parts for Dol-fyn Distillers - FreshWaterSystems.com they have "Boiler Chamber Cord" but it looks a little different. It might not matter since they have replacement sockets available and it looks like you need to replace that too, they could probably advise you better. Obviously, seeking out qualified help like you're doing is a smart idea.
If you do get it going, when it comes to hooking it up you can probably fill it with water manually instead of attaching a cold water line to it. Mine has a line-in option and I don't use it near enough to have bothered, you might prefer it hooked up though.
If you don't get it running and it ends up being scrapped you might want to keep the lower reservoir to have rainwater in a wheeled container with a convenient tap.
